Patient Solutions & Diagnosis Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient solution programs to address patient needs and improve health outcomes
• Analyze PSP data from relevant programs to generate insights that inform business strategy and enhance patient engagement
• Provide strategic recommendations to program owners and business teams to ensure continuous program improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and digital teams to ensure effective customer engagement
• Integrate patient insights into business strategies to support decision-making and improve solution effectiveness
• Support market research initiatives, including patient journey mapping and insight analysis, to identify unmet needs
• Foster partnerships with external patient organizations and academic associations to strengthen support initiatives
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and corporate values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in commercial roles
• Strong expertise in data analysis, patient insights, and customer analytics
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and influence skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and navigate ambiguity
