About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the outpatient treatment program through accurate data entry and census tracking
- Perform all Urine Analysis (UA) collections following established facility protocols
- Document all patient interactions clearly and accurately
- Maintain and process program records and prepare necessary forms or documents
- Answer multi-line phones, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
- Support the delivery of recovery-based skill-building education in individual or group settings
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with program staff and community members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of acceptable office experience
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
- Ability to remain flexible and respond to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience in the human services field
- Training or coursework in human development, chemical dependency, or group dynamics
- Experience with Urine Analysis collection and monitoring
