Patient Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally to assist with appointment scheduling and inquiries
• Triage, route, and escalate concerns while maintaining high standards of customer service
• Acquire understanding of provider preferences and service offerings to optimize workflow
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process enhancements
• Participate in training sessions, roundtable discussions, and professional development
• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Russian

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Customer Service experience
