Patient Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling
• Triage and route clinical calls to appropriate departments
• Assist patients with completing required forms and paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and lobby
• Escalate patient concerns to appropriate team members
• Manage referral information and ensure medical charts are up-to-date
• Collect patient payments at the time of service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, call center, or retail
• Proficiency in collecting payments
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications
