Patient Services Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the admission and discharge processes for elective and emergency patients
• Respond promptly to patient enquiries and requests to ensure a seamless journey
• Perform general administrative duties, including entering patient details to create admissions
• Create cost estimates and complete necessary health fund checks
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks accurately and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to make informed decisions according to hospital needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the healthcare, medical, or health fund industry
