About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-focused support via phone or chat to address inquiries and resolve concerns regarding ECG Solutions' heart monitors.
- Provide technical assistance and support for device activation and troubleshooting.
- Accurately log all incoming calls, chats, and emails, documenting support interactions in detail to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the Patient Services department to meet performance goals in a team-oriented environment.
- Complete a structured 7-week initial training program followed by a 4-week ramp-up period.
Requirements
- High school diploma, vocational education, or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or product support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to patience and empathy in patient interactions.
- Ability to work onsite in Malvern, PA, following a Sunday-Thursday schedule after the initial training period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a call center environment.
- Experience using Salesforce for customer relationship management.
- Proven skills in technical troubleshooting and device support.
