Patient Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for program and collection data
• Complete all Urine Analysis (UA) collections following facility protocol
• Track census information and maintain program records
• Document all patient interactions clearly and accurately
• Assist in delivering recovery-based skill-building education to patients
• Manage multi-line phones, transfer calls, and take accurate messages
• Prepare various forms and documents as required
• Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with program staff and consultants

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of acceptable office experience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
• Ability to remain flexible and respond to shifting priorities
• Note: This position has female gender as a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ)

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in the human services field
• Experience with Urine Analysis collection and monitoring
• Coursework or training in human development, chemical dependency, or group dynamics
