Patient Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment and oxygen to homecare patients, including setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Instruct patients on the proper use of equipment to ensure comfort and safety.
• Load and unload medical supplies and equipment onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate daily delivery logs, pick-up forms, and vehicle maintenance records using paper or electronic devices.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, tire pressure, and brakes.
• Proactively communicate estimated arrival times to patients and their families to ensure excellent service.
• Comply with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Minimum of three years of driving history.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift and carry objects ranging from 10 lbs to 160 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
