Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in medical records, insurance verification, or pre-authorization
- Experience with high volume phone systems
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant from the National Healthcareer Association
