Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to create an environment where patient experience and satisfaction are the priority
  • Respond to and investigate complaints and issues, communicating identified problems to the appropriate staff
  • Work with relevant individuals or departments to limit or resolve service delays and communicate effectively with patients and families

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing or Communication
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
  • Experience in direct product sales and medical representation
  • Existing networking with doctors
  • Strong communication skills and target orientation
