Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to create an environment where patient experience and satisfaction are the priority
- Respond to and investigate complaints and issues, communicating identified problems to the appropriate staff
- Work with relevant individuals or departments to limit or resolve service delays and communicate effectively with patients and families
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing or Communication
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field
- Experience in direct product sales and medical representation
- Existing networking with doctors
- Strong communication skills and target orientation
