Responsibilities

  • Provide service and explanations of hospital products and facilities to patients and families
  • Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure high satisfaction
  • Communicate findings and concerns to the healthcare team and appropriate staff
  • Act as an intermediary between Hospital Administration and patients/families
  • Educate healthcare professionals on patient-centric care
  • Conduct follow-up calls to discharged patients for feedback
  • Anticipate patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Comply with organizational guidelines, healthcare laws, and regulations
  • Implement quality and safety procedures and generate necessary reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related major
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes is beneficial
