About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide service and explanations of hospital products and facilities to patients and families
- Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to ensure high satisfaction
- Communicate findings and concerns to the healthcare team and appropriate staff
- Act as an intermediary between Hospital Administration and patients/families
- Educate healthcare professionals on patient-centric care
- Conduct follow-up calls to discharged patients for feedback
- Anticipate patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Comply with organizational guidelines, healthcare laws, and regulations
- Implement quality and safety procedures and generate necessary reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of medical billing and insurance processes is beneficial
