Responsibilities

  • Greet and support clients at the welcome desk to provide a warm, welcoming experience
  • Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including paperwork and insurance collection
  • Manage the client schedule, anticipating needs and scheduling appointments in real-time
  • Perform insurance verification of benefits and manage client copays and payment balances
  • Coordinate phone triage and office inventory to ensure the practice is prepared for the day

Requirements

  • Customer service or hospitality experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs preferred
  • Ability to organize and create structure in a fast-paced environment
