Responsibilities
- Greet and support clients at the welcome desk to provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including paperwork, consents, and insurance collection
- Manage the client schedule, anticipating needs and scheduling appointments in real-time
- Perform insurance verification of benefits and manage client copays and payment balances
- Coordinate phone triage and office inventory to ensure the practice is prepared for the day
Requirements
- Customer service or hospitality experience (medical field preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs preferred
- Ability to organize and create structure in a fast-paced environment
