Responsibilities
- Greet and support clients at the welcome desk to provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including answering questions and disseminating information
- Ensure all paperwork, consents, and insurance information is collected and complete
- Manage the client schedule, including real-time appointments and online platform bookings
- Perform insurance verification of benefits and manage client copays and payment balances
- Set up payment plans with clients as needed
- Maintain office readiness, inventory, and cleanliness
- Manage phone triage and coordinate between team members
Requirements
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of related experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
- Strong computer skills, with familiarity with EMRs preferred
- Ability to organize and create structure in a fast-paced environment
