Responsibilities

• Greet and support clients at the welcome desk to provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Manage client check-in and check-out processes, including answering questions and disseminating information
• Conduct waiting area tours for new clients to orient them to the space
• Ensure all paperwork, consents, and insurance information is collected and complete
• Manage the client schedule, anticipating needs and working through efficiencies
• Perform insurance verification of benefits and manage client copays and payment balances
• Set up payment plans with clients
• Maintain office readiness, inventory, and cleanliness
• Manage phone triage and coordinate between team members

Requirements

• Customer service or hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of related experience
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Products
• Strong computer skills, with preferred familiarity with EMRs
• Ability to organize and create structure in a fast-paced environment
