Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and assist new and returning patients with professionalism and warmth
• Guide patients through the check-in process and provide information about clinic services
• Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns
• Gather patient feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Optimize front-desk operations and streamline patient flow
• Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient reminders
• Utilize digital health tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Support hospital infection control programs to ensure safety

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in guest relations, front-desk, or customer service
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or luxury services preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Tech-savvy with experience in EMR systems and CRM software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
• Fluency in Arabic
