Patient Registration Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and provide a positive first impression
• Obtain and review insurance information for accuracy
• Update patient status in the computer system according to guidelines
• Verify insurance and frequencies as needed
• Assist with attaching payments, sending claims, and checking billable x-rays
• Maintain a clean and organized front office and lobby area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Bilingual proficiency
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clinical teams and patients
• Team-oriented mindset and positive problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience
