About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of study inclusion/exclusion criteria and assess potential participant eligibility via phone screens
- Accurately collect and enter patient information into the clinical database and schedule on-site study visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with family doctors and specialists, and conduct community outreach events
- Report recruitment progress to the study team and follow up with physician referrals within 24 hours
Requirements
- Comfortable using medical terminology and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and maintain computer literacy
