About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of study inclusion/exclusion criteria and assess potential participant eligibility via phone screens
  • Accurately collect and enter patient information into the clinical database and schedule on-site study visits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with family doctors and specialists, and conduct community outreach events
  • Report recruitment progress to the study team and follow up with physician referrals within 24 hours

  • Comfortable using medical terminology and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities
