Patient Payment Reconciliation Staff

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy and completeness of all patient transaction data, including credit card transactions
• Oversee cash receipt and disbursement cycles to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations
• Document and archive financial data such as invoices, user ID reports, and cash receipts
• Collect and report operational data, including cashier deposit discrepancies and realization reports
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation for staff regarding hospital procedures and regulations
• Implement quality and safe service procedures following hospital training and documentation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and reconciliation procedures
• Proficiency in data entry, documentation, and financial management software
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in healthcare or finance, preferably in patient billing or accounts receivable
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to patient billing
• Understanding of medical coding and billing procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong customer service orientation and adaptability
• Fluency in Indonesian (oral and written)
