About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients remotely from a central command centre using telemonitoring technology
- Communicate with patients through remote channels to offer reassurance and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient observations and interactions
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other technology platforms efficiently
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and escalate critical situations for prompt response
- Manage conflicts and navigate challenging situations during remote monitoring
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong technological aptitude and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical certificate or relevant medical education
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or front-facing roles
- Prior healthcare experience
- Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, or Spanish
