Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients through remote channels to offer reassurance and support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient observations and interactions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other technology platforms efficiently
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team and escalate critical situations for prompt response
  • Manage conflicts and navigate challenging situations during remote monitoring

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong technological aptitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical certificate or relevant medical education
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or front-facing roles
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, or Spanish
