Responsibilities
- Monitor patients remotely from a central command centre using advanced telemonitoring technology to ensure safety and well-being
- Communicate with patients through remote channels to offer reassurance, support, and assistance
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient observations and interactions
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team and escalate critical situations for prompt response
- Identify changes in patient behavior or condition through keen observation and meticulous attention to detail
- Manage conflicts and navigate challenging situations effectively during remote monitoring
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a medical certificate or relevant medical education
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or front-facing roles
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
- Prior healthcare experience
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, or Spanish
