Patient Liaison

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules to optimize provider, room, and equipment use
• Register patients and coordinate appointment scheduling
• Communicate with patients and clinical staff to support treatment plan compliance
• Resolve billing issues, denials, referrals, and pre-certification needs
• Provide patient education and follow up on testing, prescriptions, and care plans
• Support practice operations through data collection, inquiry handling, and coordination with internal and external partners

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of healthcare experience
• Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Knowledge of medical terminology
