About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives to enhance patient experience and care delivery within the Schroeder Arthritis Institute
- Assume end-to-end ownership of the project life cycle across multi-disciplinary teams
- Develop, implement, and manage short and long-term plans in alignment with program goals
- Monitor stakeholder engagement and report on implementation progress, risks, and issues to leadership
- Apply change management and communication strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care
- Interface with project sponsors and stakeholders to build relationships and optimize care delivery pathways
- Support the development of REB applications, business plans, proposals, and briefing notes
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a recognized equivalent
- Proven experience in project design and implementation, including setting work plans and overseeing deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to integrate project management and change management methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior management and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Change Management Certification
