Patient Experience Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives to enhance patient experience and care delivery within the Schroeder Arthritis Institute
• Assume end-to-end ownership of the project life cycle across multi-disciplinary teams
• Develop, implement, and manage short and long-term plans in alignment with program goals
• Monitor stakeholder engagement and report on implementation progress, risks, and issues to leadership
• Apply change management and communication strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care
• Interface with project sponsors and stakeholders to build relationships and optimize care delivery pathways
• Support the development of REB applications, business plans, proposals, and briefing notes

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a recognized equivalent
• Proven experience in project design and implementation, including setting work plans and overseeing deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to integrate project management and change management methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior management and stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
• Change Management Certification
