About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet, support, and encourage patients from check-in to check-out
- Learn and apply hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques
- Coach and guide patients through exercises and care plans
- Coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling and record updates
- Manage clinic flow and support clinic events
Requirements
- Energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication and compassionate listening skills
- Detail-oriented and organized in fast-paced settings
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
