Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, hands-on floor presence supporting patients, families, staff, and visitors
• Coordinate internal events, staff celebrations, and themed engagement initiatives
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-through to completion
• Act as an on-site resource for day-to-day experience and engagement decisions
• Support internal brand awareness and ensure facility environment aligns with organizational values
• Navigate unexpected situations with professionalism and sound judgment

Requirements

• Background in hospitality leadership, guest services, event coordination, or patient experience
• Demonstrated real-time creative problem solving and high emotional intelligence
• Ability to navigate difficult situations calmly while preserving dignity and trust
• Strong ownership mindset with consistent follow-through
• Availability for approximately 25% of hours after 5:00 PM including nights and weekends
• Comfortable maintaining a 90% hands-on floor presence in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
