Patient Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment targets for assigned studies and deliver against daily and weekly goals
• Proactively engage leads via outbound calls, follow-ups, and database mining
• Convert interest into commitment by explaining study requirements and addressing concerns
• Screen and qualify participants based on medical history, demographics, and protocol criteria
• Schedule and manage appointments to maximize show rates and study completion
• Build relationships with local organizations like clinics, schools, and community groups
• Plan and execute community-based outreach events and informational sessions
• Maintain accurate tracking of activity, pipeline, and participant outcomes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in outbound calling, sales, recruiting, or customer acquisition
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
