Patient Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment targets for assigned studies and deliver against daily and weekly goals
• Proactively engage leads via outbound calls, follow-ups, and database mining
• Convert interest into commitment by explaining study requirements and addressing concerns
• Screen and qualify participants based on protocol criteria including medical history and demographics
• Schedule and manage appointments to maximize show rates and study completion
• Partner with clinic and study teams to ensure smooth participant handoff
• Maintain accurate tracking of activity, pipeline, and outcomes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in outbound calling, sales, recruiting, or customer acquisition strongly preferred
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
