About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about aesthetic treatments, procedures, and clinic policies
  • Coordinate communication between patients and medical professionals
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately
  • Support administrative functions to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to assess satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of the Filipino language is preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic environment is preferred
  • Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality
