Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and schedule patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and receive co-pay payments
• Update patient accounts and maintain patient care database
• Coordinate schedules with Dentists and Hygienists
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Greet arriving patients and manage waiting area expectations
• Follow safety policies to prevent the spread of diseases

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Strong organization and phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of dental office experience
