Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize short-term planning for field interventions, routes, and technician schedules
• Coordinate the replenishment of supplies (liquids, nutrition) and the delivery or retrieval of medical equipment
• Assign missions to field teams in compliance with established rules, protocols, and operating procedures
• Ensure the collection and verification of billing documentation, including social security and insurance details
• Verify the compliance and traceability of medical prescriptions to ensure accurate billing processes
• Collaborate with internal competency poles, agency managers, and external prescribers to ensure service quality

Requirements

• Technical Baccalaureate or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with IT tools and specific software such as PDA and Movex
• Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling logistics
• Understanding of regulations related to patient file billing and management
• Highly organized, rigorous, and dynamic professional with a strong team spirit
