About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient communications via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient referrals
  • Maintain accurate EMR records, including patient registration and documentation
  • Support billing and invoicing processes
  • Liaise with doctors, laboratories, and partner hospitals
  • Support communication with Arabic-speaking patients during consultations when required
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken)
  • Prior experience working in a clinic or hospital setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional and patient-friendly approach
  • Willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi once a week
