About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage patient communications via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient referrals
- Maintain accurate EMR records, including patient registration and documentation
- Support billing and invoicing processes
- Liaise with doctors, laboratories, and partner hospitals
- Support communication with Arabic-speaking patients during consultations when required
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken)
- Prior experience working in a clinic or hospital setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional and patient-friendly approach
- Willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi once a week
