Patient Centricity Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with patient organizations, advocacy groups, and patient opinion leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams to integrate patient insights into drug development and marketing.
• Design and implement patient engagement programs, including focus groups, advisory boards, and educational campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry forums, patient summits, and advocacy events to drive patient-centric policies.
• Advocate for patient needs in discussions with regulatory authorities and healthcare policymakers.
• Monitor and report on the success of engagement activities using KPIs to track improvements in patient satisfaction.
• Champion a patient-centric culture through internal leadership, workshops, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in patient advocacy, patient engagement, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Proven experience working directly with patient organizations and advocacy groups.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification or specialized training in patient advocacy or pharmaceutical development.
• Experience in crisis communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
