Patient Care Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations
• Provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with patients
• Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols
• Monitor and document sessions to optimize patient comfort
• Administer psychiatric rating scales
• Maintain accurate schedules, patient demographics, and insurance information
• Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and co-pays
• Manage phone lines and email inquiries
• Scan medical documents into Electronic Medical Records software

Requirements

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong customer service and phone presence
• Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in patient care, medical offices, or customer service
