Patient Care Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform TMS treatments following physician protocols, including setup, monitoring, and documentation
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and guide patients through completion
• Provide compassionate patient care and build rapport with patients facing mental health challenges
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, insurance verification, and collections
• Handle patient check-in/check-out and manage multiple phone lines
• Maintain accurate medical records in Electronic Medical Records software
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations

Requirements

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong customer service acumen and phone presence
• Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
• Availability Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm (32+ hours/week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in patient care, medical offices, or customer service
