About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls and messages with professionalism
- Provide assistance with scheduling, directions, and general inquiries
- Process medical record requests and map records to the EMR
- Route patient questions or concerns to the appropriate care team member
- Document all interactions in company systems with high attention to detail
- Support patient onboarding and access to virtual care resources
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators and clinical staff to ensure seamless experiences
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager
- Provide on-site presence and travel between clinic locations for cross-coverage
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Dependable and able to travel regularly between clinic locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare related coursework or some college
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare support
- Experience with Athena, EPIC, Dorsata, Slack, or Google Suite
- Proficiency in Spanish or other non-English languages
