Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments across multiple clinics and specialties
• Coordinate referrals and manage provider availability
• Answer patient questions with professionalism and compassion
• Ensure accurate data entry and insurance verification
• Partner closely with clinic teams to maintain efficient, patient-centered schedules
