Patient Care & Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, referral sources, and team members
• Manage incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential records
• Coordinate documentation and scheduling needs
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent patient care
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service and/or data entry experience
• Proficiency in typing and 10-key data entry
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and resolve issues professionally
