About the role
Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
- Coordinating patient care from initial evaluation to discharge
- Answering phones and electronic scheduling
- Performing data entry and maintaining patient charts
- Verifying personal and financial information
- Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
- Faxing, filing, and other assigned duties
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent in-person and phone customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Availability for a 30-39 hour work week (Monday - Friday)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role
