About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients to the dental office
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect or take messages
  • Check, sort, and forward emails
  • Update records and files
  • Perform insurance verification
  • Process claims and EOBs
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a front desk representative in a dental practice
  • Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High school diploma
