About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival
- Schedule new referrals and patient visits from physicians and self-referrals
- Verify insurance coverage and collect payments at time of service
- Maintain an organized front office and manage clinic inventory
- Route documents, manage deposits, and handle non-clinical documentation
- Complete required training and quarterly compliance sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational detail
- Self-directed time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable learning multiple computer programs including Raintree
