About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic
- Schedule new referrals and patient visits via phone and fax
- Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments at time of service
- Manage front office organization, document routing, deposits, and clinic inventory
- Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rates through excellent customer service
- Attend required training sessions and complete quarterly compliance training
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
