About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits via phone and fax
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments at time of service
  • Manage front office organization, document routing, deposits, and clinic inventory
  • Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rates through excellent customer service
  • Attend required training sessions and complete quarterly compliance training

Requirements
