Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Schedule new referrals and patient visits via phone and fax
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments at time of service
• Maintain an organized front-office workspace and inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rates through excellent customer experience
• Manage schedules, document routing, deposits, and clinic inventory
• Complete required training and quarterly compliance updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
