Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the dental office
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Update records and files
• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with necessary materials
• Facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a front desk representative or relevant position
• High school diploma
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in insurance
