About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits via phone and fax
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect patient payments at time of service
  • Maintain an organized front-office workspace and inviting clinic atmosphere
  • Manage document routing, deposits, and non-clinical documentation
  • Monitor clinic inventory and assist with practice management tasks
  • Complete required training and quarterly compliance training

Requirements
