About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by phone or fax
- Verify insurance coverage and collect payments at time of service
- Manage front-office workspace, document routing, and clinic inventory
- Monitor arrival rates and create a positive customer experience
- Complete required training and quarterly compliance modules
Requirements

- Ability to multitask, organize details, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with computer programs and office equipment
- Efficient time management and ability to work with minimal supervision
