Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by phone or fax
• Verify insurance coverage and collect payments at time of service
• Manage front-office workspace, document routing, and clinic inventory
• Monitor arrival rates and create a positive customer experience
• Complete required training and quarterly compliance modules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, organize details, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with computer programs and office equipment
• Efficient time management and ability to work with minimal supervision
