Responsibilities

• Meet with new and existing patients to determine goals and coordinate treatment plans
• Educate patients on procedures, processes, and financing/payment options
• Manage follow-ups with clinical teams and patients to ensure a great experience
• Develop and maintain a patient pipeline, including follow-ups with prospective patients
• Demonstrate leadership within the center to support the team and patient experience

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven sales excellence in a high-energy environment
• Experience in consultative selling (aesthetic, cosmetic, or related sectors preferred)
• Ability to build rapport quickly and assess patient needs
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter motivated to hit and exceed KPI targets
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
