Responsibilities
- Provide low-stress handling of fractious patients during appointments and diagnostic sample collection
- Prepare detailed and accurate SOAPs for veterinary behaviorists to review
- Triage patient concerns and provide behavioral guidance to clients
Requirements
- Prior advanced clinical and administrative experience at a veterinary hospital
- Experience with low-stress animal handling for fearful or aggressive patients
- Ability to lift and restrain animals weighing up to 50 pounds
