Patient Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze longitudinal patient datasets, EMR data, and claims datasets to generate meaningful, actionable insights.
• Deliver high-quality service to global clients to support fact-based decision-making.
• Support junior team members during their ramp-up period with data and analytical guidance.
• Assist in project coordination, including start-up activities, global program creation, and documentation.
• Drive innovation through process automation and the application of Lean techniques to improve turnaround times.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional work experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, R, and SQL, including the ability to create macros or reusable programming snippets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to develop algorithms to transform transactional data into summarized data assets.
• Knowledge of programming and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within international virtual teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in team management.
• Expertise in business or technical subject matter related to healthcare analytics.
