About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the welcoming face for patients, families, and visitors
- Prioritize patient comfort by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Deliver meals, refreshments, and thoughtful touches to enhance patient experience
- Support daily operations in the Hospitality Department
- Complete administrative tasks including logs and receipts
- Collaborate with nurses, managers, and directors
- Represent the facility at community outreach events
Requirements
- Customer service experience (healthcare or direct patient care preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to meet scheduling needs
